The Office: Jim and Pam’s Firstborn

Submitted on December 24, 2009 2 Comments

After the big wedding, it is now obvious that the baby is the next step for Jim (John Krasinski) and Pam (Jenna Fischer). According to the storyline, this would be somewhere in Feb but the big question is whether it will be a boy or a girl. Not even the mom has an idea.

Jim and Pam

For her, this is going to be a surprise. There has been series of discussions on the same but there has been no decision. Seemingly, it will be interesting.

Pam had the pregnancy before their wedding. In fact, on the very day, she was very pregnant and there had been the whispers in The Office when she had the symptoms. Is it good to withhold the sex of the baby until birth?

I cannot tell whether it is but that is the position. She even has the habit of referring to the baby like things that do not have gender specifications.

Jim and Pam

All the same, some fans of The Office are not impressed with Pam’s mannerisms of late. This dates back to the time when Michael and her mom Helene were dating. She got combative and antagonistic but she insists she is just fine despite all that.

Certainly, she is not the best employee in general. But when you consider her character in relation to her boss, you can say she is a good employee. This is based on the fact that she is able to take what most people would not take.
